Lama is a young and innovative Arabic Artist and Musician, who is characterized through Dance, R&B , Oriental and Pop-Rock influences. Lama has been encouraged and introduced to the Music Scene by leading Professionals of the Music Industry, notably US-American Producer Mike Brinkley (i.e Nas, Sony/Columbia), Grammy winning Producer Devo Springsteen (i.e. Kanye West, John Legend) and Ronnie Goodman who saw in Lama the potential to be quickly recognized and to influence the Music scene both, regionally and abroad. From early stages of planning Lama`s Debut Album, Jean-Marie Riachi has shown great interest and support in realizing this project jointly. Lama`s Debut Album features famous Arabic composers and writers, such as Tamer Ali, Wissam Sabri, Mohamed El Sawy and Salim Assaf as well as US Grammy winning composer/writer Ryan Bowser and French composers/writers Mc Jazzy and Jena Lee. All tracks feature leading regional and International musicians, incl. Jihad Akl and were arranged by and recorded at Jean-Marie Riachi`s studios and mixed by Xavier Escabasse.
