Adéla Jergová, born November 27, 2003, in Bratislava, Slovakia, is a Slovak pop singer, songwriter, and dancer whose early training in ballet in Moscow, Vienna, and London, along with self-taught English, laid the groundwork for her musical pursuits. After competing on the reality show Dream Academy in 2023, she debuted independently with the single "Homewrecked" on September 13, 2024, followed by the single "Superscar" in October 2024. In February 2025, she released the single "Machine Girl", which was co-produced by Grimes. Later that year, she signed with Capitol Records and Polydor Records, issuing the single "DeathByDevotion" in July 2025. Her debut EP, The Provocateur, launched on August 22, 2025, accompanied by the single "SexOnTheBeat" which featured a cameo by Christina Aguilera in its music video. She toured on her headlining tour, The ProvocaTour, in October 2025. In April and May 2026, she performed as the opening act for Demi Lovato's It's Not That Deep Tour, during which she released the single "KGB". In 2026, she released the singles "Red Bottoms" and "Ain't It in LA", which reached number 5 on the Slovakian charts and number 85 in Canada.
